
Therapy
I know what it is like to feel isolated and hopeless because of mental and emotional suffering. I know what it is like to try therapy after therapy, self-help tool after self-help tool, and to feel as though the core of suffering and shame remain. I also know what it is like finally to experience a real shift deep within this core, and I want to share this experience with my clients.
Clients who come to me may be struggling with a number of things:

- Relational Trauma (i.e. Domestic Violence, either as the one experiencing the abuse or the one perpetrating the abuse)

- Obsessive-Compulsive Tendencies
When clients are done with treatment or coaching, my main goal is that they feel empowered. I want clients to understand their own nervous systems and patterns and be equipped with the tools they need to self-soothe, meet their needs, set boundaries, build healthy relationships, hold themselves accountable for lapses, and experience more frequent feelings of contentment and satisfaction.
